dear sir what I wish to mention in a nut shell is i was apppointed as a LDC in 1976 in defence accounts dept and due to the graduation obtained by me i was also considdred as an auditor in the year 1981 along with others who were appointed only in 1981. What I would like to mention here that all the auditors from 1976 to 1986 got promotion as sr.auditor wef 1.4.87 including myself and few others, and those who directly appointed as auditors wef 1976 were all given acp promotion wef 1999, and myself and some others were given acp only in the year 2005, but luckily due the 6th cpc adjustment wef 1.1.2006 I also got grade pay such 4200 then 4600 and acp promotion 4800 along with all the auditors appointed wef 1976,
As I was very happy that I also got 4800 along with others I thought I will also get macps i.e 5400 wef 1.9.08 but all the others nearly 600 employees got macps wef 1.9.08
But myself and another one of my college didnt get macps even though we have completed 33 years of service from the date of entry in the dept, which is very much upsetting and also I will never macps in service as my date of birth is 1950, so before getting macps i will retire from service , and now we have become a laughing stock because of the loop holes in macps
sir I was appointed as LDC in the year 1976, and after my graduation in evening college I was apppointed as auditor wef 1981 along with others and I also Sr Auditor promotion wef 1.4.1987 along with all those appointed wef 1975 directly and those who were appointed directly got acp promotion wef 1999 whereas i got my acp promotion only wef 2005 but when 6th cpc announced all those who were appointed and also my self got the promotions in the grades of 4200,4600, and 4800 (acp)wef 1.1.2006 and received arrears wef 1.1.2006 but when MACPS was announced those who completed 30 years of service wef the date of joining i.e wef 1975,1976,1977 etc got 5400 and even though I too have completed more than 30 years in the year 2006 I was not given 5400, and my juniors also got 5400, which makes me a laughing stock among all the staff members and per MACPS I will never get 5400 and before getting this promotion I will retire from service, this is more upsetting me and my family members also, pl elucidate.....thanks
