All Indian Central Govt Group A and B employee with family can travel to northeast region by Air on LTC. Many travel agency using this opportunity to make benefit by enrolling the central government employees to various travel package.
Travel agency can arrange you free lodging, traveling and food on same LTC. Many travel agents are also offering cash back package in hidden form.
Central Government employee should avoid this money cash back scheme, as this can bring you trouble in future.Government intention is to make people travel in north east region, but if you use this opportunity for making money by cash back scheme, it will be treated as forgery.
Here is a sample from a travel website on the cash back offer

ReplyDeleteYou know that there are several tour operator who offer several packages including incentives to attract LTC employees. However in collateral of IRCTC or STC tour packages they have to give receipt consist of two component (1) Travel & (2) Accommodation
And You can claim only travel charges by shortest route to designated station.
As for cash back scheme, U take it by cheque and promptly return it to the government account.
Dear mr Arvind its very easy to post a msg. without knowing the exact fact.The truth is 20000 cashback will get adjusted to your package and it will be like a minimum 4 star with airport transfer+Mels+sightseen Three stations minimum + 6 to 7 days package.Have u ever seen this package?.To prove book an LTC with me and u will see the diffrence sir.

I understand that there are some Agents which are giving LTC package cash back but the fact is that cash back i mentioned is holiday package adjustment.Holiday package worth 20,000 per person will be very good as per the markrt is offering right now.
Just to prove it whenever you are booking your LTCpackage just mail me you departure date and i will revert you with the package and you will definately see the diffrence

ReplyDeleteThe post had nothing to do with your offer.It is the context of question on which you replied with your offer. As an tour operator you do have full freedom to offer any package within your legal limit. My only intention was to expose intention of some government employees who want to make personal benefit out of government money.
Do not be cheated by booking the air tickets through private agents for the purpose of LTC. The agent should be eithe balmer & lawries or Ashoka travels as per instructions of Dept. of expenditure and DOPT. Get it clarified fro LTC rules.
